Hampshire County Jail and House of Correction, Northampton, Massachusetts
Advanced Energy Systems Development has been retained by the Hampshire County Sheriff's Department to survey, evaluate, recommend and implement system improvements to a 300 panel solar domestic hot water system that supplies hot water and space heating to the Hampshire County Jail And House of Correction located in Northampton, Massachusetts. This solar hot water system was originally put into service in 1984 and remains one of the largest in the eastern United States.

On May 5, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for two adults at their residence in Newton, Massachusetts. The flat plate collector is a Heliodyne Gobi 410.

University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Massachusetts
Advanced Energy Systems Development is currently designing and will later install a Southwest Windpower Skystream 3.7 at the University of Massachusetts. Installation of this unit will bring to four the number of wind turbines that the University has installed on a roof. This method of siting and installing a wind turbine is extremely innovative.

On May 26, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for two adults at their residence in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The flat plate collector is a Heliodyne Gobi 410.

Single Family Residence, Sudbury, Massachusetts
On June 2, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for four adults at their residence in Sudbury, Massachusetts. The flat plate collectors utilized in this installation are Heliodyne Gobi 3366's.

Single Family Residence, Medfield, Massachusetts
On September 29, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for two adults at their residence in Medfield, Massachusetts. The flat plate collector utilized in this installation is a Heliodyne Gobi 410. A previously installed 3.6 kw photovoltaic system borders the solar collector.

On October 6, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for four occupants at their residence in Concord, Massachusetts. The evacuated tube collectors utilized in this installation are Apricus 22's.

On November 2, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for two adults at their residence in Milton, Massachusetts. The flat plate collector is a Heliodyne Gobi 410.
Single Family Residence, Westwood, Massachusetts
On November 16, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a rehabilitated solar domestic hot water system sized for four adults at their residence in Westwood, Massachusetts.

Single Family Residence, Franklin, Massachusetts
On December 1, 2007 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a solar domestic hot water system sized for three occupants at their residence in Franklin, Massachusetts. The collectors are installed on a ground mount due to roof orientation and shade issues. The evacuated tube collectors utilized in this installation are Apricus 22's.

Single Family Residence, Halifax, Massachusetts
In January 2008 Advanced Energy Systems Development installed a 2.4 kw photovoltaic system on a tracker at a residence in Halifax, Massachusetts. The high output Sanyo modules mounted on a Zomeworks dual axis tracker boosts output almost 100% versus mounting the same modules on a roof.
